Visited the dealership on our holiday to shop for a parts, jacket and helmet for a friend. Regrettably only managed to get the helmet while the other two were not in stock. Amelia and Marco was however still very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Marco even printed out the parts information for me to contact Ducati directly while Amelia was so thoughtful and patient in helping me with size, suggestions for the jackets. We had a great time there!

Great service from the guys at Ducati Firenze! Air got into my clutch system while on a tour from England, I showed up and within 20 mins they’d bled and replaced the fluid for no charge!! The dealership is worth a look even if you don’t have any issues.

I would rate the service as 10 stars if I could. I was on a tour of Italy from the UK when my chain broke and needed to be fixed urgently on a Saturday morning. The service manager Andrea and his team looked after me in a stressful situation, where I did not speak Italian. They fixed the chain, checked the bike over, and returned me to the road without accepting any payment. Outstanding service by a great team, thank you so much, Barry

Very very friendly and passionate ducati dealer with great service. I was here a week ago as I was travelling Italy on my Multistrada 1200s. I wanted to have my bike checked out before I continued my journey towards Napoli. I dropped the bike off with no appointment and asked them to please check it out. They did a full check and assured me that my bike was in great shape.
